Formerly Mark’s Agency, we took Trustmark though our strategic Brand Imprint process to uncover a fresh new brand. The owners purchased the business in 1982 and kept the name Mark’s Agency, even though the original owner, Mark, was no longer a part of the business. Moving to a new location combined with plans to expand into new markets prompted the owners to look deep into their brand. We developed a new name which combined the value of "trust" with equity in the existing name, communicating this business' strong brand character. Our work included customer research, name development, logo/identity development, website design, interior and exterior signage, and window graphics.
