After completing our strategic Brand Imprint process and revealing the pillars of Ambassador Coffee, we created an identity that was unique to the industry, fun, vibrant and friendly. The revamped logo and tagline “At Your Service” reflect the very core of the company. Once the new messaging, identity and applications were completed, we took Ambassador through our Customer Experience process. We worked with the staff internally and gathered valuable data from customers, externally. We were able to pinpoint customer pain points and moments of delight and with that information, we were able to provide insight and recommendations that improve the way staff engage and serve the customer. After launching the rebrand, Ambassador received more engagement on their website, heightened visibility through the eye-catching van decals and an overall improvement in customer satisfaction — from point of order to day of delivery.
